Support
A person reads every report. No account needed to send one.
Is Jomoq up?
This checks the live API from your browser right now, so it reflects what you would get, not a dashboard. If it shows a problem, a report still goes through: reports use a separate path.
Report a problem
A build that failed, a page that will not load, a charge you do not recognise, or anything else. If a build failed and used credits, say so and we will look at restoring them.
Every report gets a reply by email. Reports from Studio and Scale accounts are tagged as priority and go to the front of the queue; Scale reports reach the team directly.
If a build failed
Most failed builds recover without a report:
- Retry once. Models share public capacity and a rate limit clears in seconds.
- Use Undo. The chip under the last agent turn restores the code from before the change.
- Read the findings. Each agent step lists what the validator found; “Fix N issues” sends them back to the model.
- Switch models. Jomoq Pro is the default for builds; a different model in the picker often clears a stuck request.
If none of that works, report it from the chip under the failed turn: the report carries the error, the model, and the project id, so the first reply is an answer rather than a question.
Billing
Subscriptions are managed in Settings under “Manage subscription”, which opens Stripe. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your plan active until the end of the paid period. For a charge you do not recognise, send a report with the email on your account and the date of the charge.
