Habits that fit your real week
Pick the days and the time: a walk on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, ten pages every night. Tick them off and watch each streak grow. Days a habit isn't scheduled never break it.
- Add tasks the way you'd say them, like "call grandma 6pm 15m".
- Each habit keeps its own streak, and your friends notice when it grows.
Write it down. Then go a little deeper.
Start from a template like daily reflection, gratitude or weekly review. Tag the mood, add a few lines, and when you want, Reflect asks a couple of questions that help you see the day more clearly.
- A calendar shows each day's mood, and On this day brings back what you wrote before.
- Ask Jomoq to sum up your week or turn notes into to-dos.
- Private by default. Publish a page as a blog only if you choose to.
How I'm feeling
Tired, but proud of the talk I gave.
Three things that happened
- Gave the presentation
- Walked home the long way
- Called grandma
What made the talk feel worth it?
What would make tomorrow a little easier?
Jomoq is a place to think things through. It isn't a therapist and doesn't replace professional help. If things feel heavy, please reach out to someone you trust or a mental health professional.
Friends who check in and notice the wins
Every day a bird checks in to ask how you're doing. They remember what you tell them, circle back to it later and cheer the good stuff. Fill their energy with tasks, habits and focus, and they bring you back a postcard.
- Answer a check-in with a mood and a line, or just say hi.
- Hearts grow with your friendship, and a streak counts the days you check in.
- Only you can see your chats with them.
A minute of something wise
Reels are short reads from real Wikipedia articles on psychology, philosophy, self-improvement, sleep and more. Save a thought to your journal, or ask Jomoq what an idea could mean for you.
- Key ideas and the full article are a tap away.
- Send a reel to a bird friend and they'll tell you what they think.
The feeling of being fully absorbed in what you're doing, with energised focus and enjoyment of the process.
How can I get into flow more often?
Calm focus, small wins
Start a focus session and a little tree grows while you work. A daily score out of 100 shows how the day went; tap it to see what moved it. Quiet days show as not tracked, never as a zero.
- Every session adds a tree to today's forest.
- Were you working in another tab? Say so, and the tree comes back.

Questions, answered
Is Jomoq a therapist?
No. Jomoq is a journal, a planner and a few kind birds. It can help you notice patterns and think things through, but it isn't a substitute for professional help. If you're struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a mental health professional.
Who can read my journal?
Only you. Entries are private unless you choose to publish a page as a blog, and you can unpublish it whenever you like.
Do I need to be good at writing?
Not at all. Templates give you a first line, and on a hard day a single word is enough.
Are the bird friends real people?
No. They're AI friends you pick from the flock. They check in, remember what you tell them and cheer you on. Only you can see your chats with them.
Is it free?
Yes, you can start for free with no card. Habits, the journal, the calendar, focus sessions, Reels and the bird friends come with every account. AI replies use your plan's allowance, and the plans are on the pricing page.
